Jay Sengupta is an experienced mediator, adjudicator and investigator
who has dealt with hundreds of cases involving employment, human rights,
education, child welfare, disability, mental health and professional regulation issues.
Jay is pleased to offer her services adjudicating, mediating and investigating workplace, human rights
and education matters in a fair, sensitive and effective way.
Jay is currently conducting hearings,
mediations and investigations both by videoconference and in person.

Jay has successfully mediated and adjudicated numerous workplace disputes and has experience conducting investigations that are procedurally fair and balanced. As a former member of the CAF roster, Jay has specialized training and particular expertise dealing with sexual harassment and sexual violence cases.
Through her work with the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario, the Northwest Territories Human Rights Adjudication Panel and the Canadian Human Rights Tribunal, Jay has gained significant experience and expertise in all aspects of human rights law. She has mediated and adjudicated hundreds of human rights complaints alleging discrimination and harassment in respect of employment and services.
