HUMAN RIGHTSThrough her work with the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario, the Northwest Territories Human Rights Adjudication Panel and the Canadian Human Rights Tribunal, Jay has gained significant experience and expertise in all aspects of human rights law. She has mediated and adjudicated hundreds of human rights complaints alleging discrimination and harassment in respect of employment and services. |

Jay has successfully mediated and adjudicated numerous workplace disputes and has experience conducting investigations that are procedurally fair and balanced. As a former member of the CAF roster, Jay has specialized training and particular expertise dealing with sexual harassment and sexual violence cases. |
